The wine is intense with notes of strawberry and licorice, and at the same time has a soft structure that makes it easy to enjoy on its own.
The selection of the grapes for Serena wine is done very carefully both before and after the actual picking, as approximately 14 days before the planned picking, all leaves covering the grapes are removed, so that they are fully exposed to the sun, and achieve extra fullness. The grapes are pressed and fermented for 25-30 days. The wine is then aged for 15 months in steel tanks and subsequently 3 months in new oak barrels.
You can decant this wine with great advantage - you will easily be able to sense a big difference in the way the wine opens up.
Year: 2021

Ideal for barbecue, game and mature cheeses.

Wines from Naples to North Jutland – a wine adventure has begun
The wines come from the winery, Vitis Aurunca, which is located just outside Naples in the Campania district of Italy. Vitis Aurunca is owned and run by the Ceparano family, who planted the first vines back in 2008. The winery's area is 800 meters from the Mediterranean coast, beautifully embraced by the Mont Massico mountain and the Roccamonfina volcano. Today, red, rosé and white wines are produced, as well as sparkling wines, and the first vintage was released in 2014, and showed from the start a completely unique potential. The wines are stored in both steel tanks and new French oak barrels.
