Terms of Trade
PAYMENT AND PRICES
We accept online payment with Visa, Mastercard or Mobilepay.
Payment will be deducted from your account when the goods are shipped. All prices on the website are in DKK and include VAT.
DELIVERY
We ship the goods with third-party transport provider GLS. The delivery time from the time of dispatch is as soon as possible and within 7 days.
RIGHT OF RETURN AND CANCELLATION
You have a 14-day right of return and cancellation. This expires 14 days after the day you received the goods. You must bear the costs of the return shipment yourself.
The right to return or exchange is conditional on the goods being unused and in the same condition as upon receipt.
If you wish to return or exchange, please do the following:
- Write an email to cjo@rostruphedegaard.dk with your order number.
- Pack the goods as they were when you received them.
- You can then send the goods back - remember to get a receipt for shipping.
- Once we have received the goods, you will receive your money back minus the cost of return shipping.
GIFT CARD
You have the option to purchase a gift card by contacting us, e.g. by email: cjo@rostruphedegaard.dk.
COMPLAINT
Any errors or deficiencies in delivery from Granhøjgaard must be claimed within a reasonable time, however within 48 hours. It is your duty to state and, upon request, show how the error or deficiency manifests itself. If you discover an error, you must contact Granhøjgaard as soon as possible.
PERSONAL DATA POLICY/PRIVACY POLICY
In connection with your purchase, we collect information about you. In connection with the purchase, you must provide your name, address, telephone number and email address.
Only Granhøjgaard has access to this information. The registration is carried out for the purpose of being able to deliver the ordered product to you. As a result of personal data legislation, you have the option of having your information deleted or corrected at any time. If this is desired, please contact cjo@rostruphedegaard.dk.

ALCOHOL FOR PEOPLE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE
It is prohibited to sell alcohol with more than 16.5% alcohol to persons under the age of 18.
People between the ages of 16-18 can purchase alcohol with up to 16.5% alcohol.
Acceptance of our terms and conditions is a confirmation that you comply with the above requirements. Random checks are carried out on an ongoing basis to ensure that the age limit is met when purchasing in the webshop.
