The wine has a very intense ruby red color with notes of dark berries, tobacco and pepper.
After careful selection of the grapes, they are fermented for 25-30 days at a temperature of 25°C. The wine is then aged in new oak barrels for 18-24 months.
Margherita is a wine made from 100% Aglianico grapes grown on the slopes of Monte Massico. The thermal subsoil and the salty air from the coast give the wine a complex and full-bodied structure. The silky tannins make the wine elegant and rich with balsamic and spicy notes.

Wines from Naples to North Jutland – a wine adventure has begun
The wines come from the winery, Vitis Aurunca, which is located just outside Naples in the Campania district of Italy. Vitis Aurunca is owned and run by the Ceparano family, who planted the first vines back in 2008. The winery's area is 800 meters from the Mediterranean coast, beautifully embraced by the Mont Massico mountain and the Roccamonfina volcano. Today, red, rosé and white wines are produced, as well as sparkling wines, and the first vintage was released in 2014, and showed from the start a completely unique potential. The wines are stored in both steel tanks and new French oak barrels.
